To help you get started, we are sharing 4 DIY products you can make that will come in handy in the kitchen:

Degreaser

Ingredients

  • Lemon or Wild Orange
  • Hand Soap
  • Damp Towel

Instructions

  • Mix 1-2 drops of Lemon or Wild Orange with hand soap and apply to a damp towel. Use to target stubborn grease on kitchen surfaces. 
Fridge Refresher

Ingredients

  • Water
  • Baking soda
  • Purify, Lemon, or Wild Orange

Instructions

  • Mix 2 ½ cups of baking soda with 1 cup of water and 15 drops of the oil of your choice. Let them harden in a silicone mold for 2-3 days. Then, place into your refrigerator to help eliminate unwanted odors. 
Countertop Cleaner 

Ingredients

  • Lemon, Wild Orange, or Tangerine
  • Glass Spray Bottle

Instructions

  • Mix 2-3 drops of the oil of your choice in a glass spray bottle filled with water, or on a damp towel. Next, clean and disinfect any kitchen counters. *You can also mix several oils together to create your desired combination. 

Fruit and Veggie Cleaner  

Ingredients

  • Lemon or other citrus oil
  • Water
  • Glass Spray Bottle

Instructions

  • Mix 5 drops of the citrus oil of your choice, with water in a glass spray bottle. Spray onto your fruit/veggies, let it soak for one minute, and then rinse.
