Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@symphonyofthecells.com. Include your order number and the reason for your request. We’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or
- You may choose to receive store credit instead
Please specify which refund method you prefer when submitting your return request email.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the purchased product is faulty or you received an incorrect item, reach out to us at contact@symphonyofthecells.com within 7 days of the delivery date. If possible, please submit photos of the damage and packaging/shipping label.
